– It is necessary to guarantee the reservation by means of a credit card indicating the cardholder, number, expiration date, CCV and type of reservation. – Standard Rate: If you have selected a standard rate linked to the prepaid condition, the amount must be paid at the time of booking confirmation. For this type of rate, you may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 15 days prior to arrival. If you cancel after the deadline or do not show up at the accommodation, you will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation as expenses. – In the event that the credit card provided by the client is not valid, the accommodation has the right to cancel the reservation unilaterally. – In the event that the client is entitled to a refund in accordance with our terms and conditions, the establishment will refund the corresponding amount, by the same payment method by which the reservation was charged and within a maximum period of 7 days from the client’s request for cancellation. – Cancellations must be notified by e-mail, indicating the reservation number and name of the guests.
