The terrace, with its dining area and outdoor armchairs, gives more space to the living room itself, as its sliding glass door opens and integrates directly into the wall, disappearing completely. Both from the swimming pool and the terrace, there are views of the sea and our volcano Teide.

The swimming pool can be heated on request at an extra cost (please ask). The pool is not heated at night to avoid noise, so the temperature of the water in the morning may be reduced.
El Durazno is one of the most exclusive residential areas of Puerto de la Cruz. Situated above the Botanical Gardens, it is only a few minutes’ drive from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. If you use a car, you will have no problem parking your car. And if you simply want to take a stroll, it only takes about 10 minutes to reach the area of La Paz, with a large number of shops, restaurants and cafés. The nearest supermarket (Mercadona) is on the same street, about 5 minutes walk away.
